EP online series, Phase 2 - Practice Groups: Goal
Our goal is to spread, as widely as possible, the skills to build Nonviolent Communication (NVC) skill building & alignment with Rotary 4-Way Test – while enhancing passionate understanding across differences.

We emphasize Celebration of Met Needs and Opportunity to Identify Unmet Needs.
NVC Dialogue process is built on Seeking Mutuality, With Respect for All.
These foundation principles align with Rotary 4-Way Test.

Thus, we are offering this Empowerment Peacebuilders” (EP) online series, Phase 2 -Practice Groups – Opportunity, to all EP online series Alumni. 

EP Phase 2 - Practice Group series - includes up to 25 participants @ Practice Group
(Rotarians, Rotaractors, RPF’s, Rotary Positive Peace Activators, Invited Others)

Empowering Peacebuilders – Phase 2 – Outline:
EP online series, Phase 2 – consists of an 6-session Practice Group Series:
* in-depth Peace and Conflict Prevention & Resolution skills building program,   
(featuring Nonviolent Communication (NVC) & alignment with Rotary 4-Way Test)

Anticipated Outcomes: 
EP Phase 2 Alumni – will be able to continue EP Phase 2 - Self-Facilitated Practice Groups – with periodic Facilitation from Tom Carlisi, CNVC Trainer, or, other select NVC Associates  

EP Phase 2 Alumni– will be able to implement NVC Peace skills programming in community – with periodic Facilitation from Tom Carlisi, CNVC Trainer, or other NVC Associates  

EP online series, Phase 2 – Participant Investment:
Time: * 
* Participate in at least 6 of the 8 "real time" EP, Phase 2 Practice Group Sessions,
* Participate in EP, Phase 2, Follow-Up Self-Sustaining Practice Groups (Time – TBD)
* Commit to implement and/or coordinate a Peace Program in local community, featuring NVC & Rotary 4-Way Test.

Talent: * 
* Share your Experience & Skills with EP, Phase 2, Practice Group participants
* Offer to Co-Facilitate 1 of the EP, Phase 2 Practice Groups (one of NVC Workbook chapters)
* Share your Experience & Skills with local community, through NVC-related Peace Programs

Treasures:
This EP online series, Phase 2, is funded by Participant Contributions & Funding Sponsors.
* EP online series, Phase 2, (8 Sessions) is valued at a rate of $150 USD @ participant
 > Participant Contributions are paid through EP, Phase 2 - Registration Fees

• Option:
  If EP, Phase 2, Participants cannot pay full Registration Fee of $125 USD… Option is:
  > Pay partial amount of $50, $75, or $100 USD…and…seek Funding Sponsor(s)
    (ex. Rotarians)

If Partial Pay Option is not doable, and, you are willing to commit to seek Funding Sponsor and participate in other EP, Phase 2, commitments - please contact Tom Carlisi, EP online series Trainer/Moderator, to discuss possible Scholarship Options (if available):

EP online series Sponsorships range from $250 USD - $5,000 USD per EP online series
